Pohatcong Township (Warren County)

CGP&H obtained a $400,000 grant from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs for the Township to rehabilitate a decommissioned school for use as a new municipal building. The grant will fund the accessibility portions of the reuse project, including bathroom retrofitting, construction of handicapped ramps (exterior and interior), and installation of ADA-compliant service counters.  CGP&H has also been retained to oversee the administration of this project and help maintain project schedule, and compliance with all state and federal funding regulations.

In addition, during our brief relationship with Pohatcong, CGP&H secured more than $600,000 in funds to acquire open space within the Township to protect its valuable and sensitive undeveloped lands.
