CGP&H took on the challenge and succeeded in solving issues not addressed in COAH's regulations for the uniqueness and new territory of affordable mobile homes. From calculating the initial sales prices, to affirmative marketing, to coordination of home buyer counseling, within a few months time CGP&H staff processed in excess of 80 applications. CGP&H now has buyers poised for the purchase when the units are ready for closing.
