Joan Kiehling brings ten years of experience in finance and banking to her role as administrative agent with CGP&H. In addition to her administrative agent duties, Joan also processes housing rehabilitation cases from waiting list status to loan closing. Joan makes it look easy, as her experience allows her to process cases efficiently and within the guidelines of procedural compliance for each distinct program.
Additionally, for all administrative agent projects for which Joan is involved, she maintains the program’s waiting lists/pool, performs income certification for buyers and renters of affordable units, administers current sale value, and manages the sale process to loan closing. Finally, Joan also prepares lead paint hazard reports and maintains the lead paint inspections log and assists CGP&H in the preparation of marketing materials for homeowners and contractors alike.
