Corinne Markulin is the Housing Production Manager for four case managers and three inspectors. She has over 20 years of administrative experience including 16 years in management of which nine years are directly in the housing administration field of rehabilitation, affordable housing and lead compliance activities.
By way of example and her attention to detail, Corinne has provided supervision, technical assistance, problem solving skills, coordination skills, and hands on administrative services for numerous housing program over the past nine years including the City of Passaic’s Housing Rehabilitation Program. This is a complex program which has multiple funding sources, including Community Development and Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program, Federal Home Loan Bank’s Affordable Housing Program, and COAH Regional Contribution Agreement funds, as well as partnered with the Lead Intervention Children-At-Risk Program. Corinne supervises all housing rehabilitation activities at CGP&H currently including nine housing rehabilitation programs of which one is county wide. From Corinne’s extensive background in housing administration, she has written and contributed to programs’ policies and procedures manuals.
Corinne’s commitment to all affordable housing issues, and professional experience has led her to become an expert in providing administrative agent services, as well as administering all COAH-related programs and projects. Among her other duties and responsibilities, Corinne has successfully implemented accessory housing programs and is currently working on a ‘Write Down Buy Down’ program. She has also developed procedures for implementing cost-certifications of sale, rental, re-sale and re-rental projects, affirmative marketing plans and supervises/assists the successful implementation of all of these projects including the unique situation of manufactured home affordable units in two Stafford Township developments.

Corinne is well-versed in housing rehabilitation, federal and state lead-based paint regulatory compliance requirements, COAH, CDBG, and HUD regulations. She has attended numerous COAH, HUD and lead compliance workshops and received certification for same. Corinne is a member of the non-profit Affordable Housing Professionals of New Jersey and attends its workshops as well. Her dedication to the clients, the program recipients, and to the proper administration of the program requirements makes Corinne a valued asset to all of our housing programs.
On a personal level, Corinne is an active member and foster care provider in the Burlington County Animal Alliance (BCAA). Corinne has successfully fostered and adopted out over 28 dogs and cats of which over time five of them have become members of her own household. Corinne is a member of the Grounds for Sculpture in Trenton and supports the art community. She is a photographer, cyclist, yoga and gym enthusiast, and loves the outdoors, especially kayaking, hiking, gardening and wildlife observation.
